Malaga Cove is located at the northern most cliffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. USA. A collector has easy access from either Torrance Beach (from the North) or a small canyon dividing the cliff's around the cove to the south (Palos Verdes). The Cliffs are at one point over 100 feet high and made up of almost per diatomite. The best material at close inspection appears laminated with a light and darker gray color. This is the original location or source of the famous Santa Monica (floating material). J. Solliday
